The Covid-19 pandemic has drastically changed the way we teach. Social distancing seems like our “forever” future and to put it blunt and in the words of a kid “It sucks”!

I started thinking about the kids who need so many hugs just to feel safe and loved. It was clear that a physical hug on the “pick up” day is not an option….

These cards were my way of sending/giving them a hug, a hug they can keep and look at when their missing their school and teacher, or they just need some love.

One thing I know from being part of the teaching community is that NOTHING is going to stop us from spreading love.
